This is the straight version of the 65mm Diascope. The Diascope's two-stage geared coarse/fine focusing dial allows you to quickly get into the ballpark with the rough focus and then refine the sharpness with the second finer adjustment. This is especially beneficial towards the higher magnification of the eyepiece.
